RE/MAX Has Most Productive Agents by Transaction Sides, Prestigious Survey Confirms

RE/MAX has more of the nation’s most productive agents – based on transaction sides – than any other brand, according to the 14th Annual REAL Trends “The Thousand” rankings. Among the 502 individual agents and agent teams closing the most residential transaction sides in 2018, over 20 percent (107) are RE/MAX agents.

In the category for transaction sides sold by individuals, each of the 61 RE/MAX agents ranked sold more than 10 times as many homes as the agent median of 11* reported by the National Association of Realtors®. Sherri Saad of RE/MAX Leading Edge in Detroit, who ranked number 11 on the list, leads the RE/MAX group with 357 transaction sides.

Other notable recognitions of RE/MAX agents and teams in the 2019 REAL Trends + Tom Ferry “The Thousand” rankings include: 

  • The 46 RE/MAX teams ranked for transaction sides were led by number 8 Ryan O’Neill’s Minnesota Real Estate Team of RE/MAX Advantage Plus in Bloomington, Minnesota, with 1,753 transaction sides.
  • Regarding sales volume, the 23 ranked RE/MAX teams were led by Calvin Gong of The Advanced Super Team of RE/MAX Advanced in Temple City, California. It placed ninth with $544.1 million.
  • Eight RE/MAX individual agents placed for sales volume, led by number 44 Jordan Cohen of RE/MAX Olson & Associates in Westlake Village, California, with $171.4 million.
  • Nineteen RE/MAX teams were ranked twice – for both transaction sides and sales volume – as were four RE/MAX individuals.

Advertised in The Wall Street Journal, the annual “The Thousand” ranks participating U.S. agents based on their 2018 residential production. Open to all U.S. agents, “The Thousand” is divided into four categories, each listing the top 250 producers: individual agents by sales volume, individual agents by transaction sides, agent teams by volume and agent teams by sides.
