A $26 million team in Indiana sought more leads – and found them with RE/MAX

Since joining RE/MAX Advanced Realty in Indiana, business has spiked for the Stewart Home Group, a former Keller Williams team with $26 million in sales last year. In fact, according to Team Leader Stephanie Miller-Stewart, numbers have doubled for the team since June 1.
“Between remax.com and our CRM system, the leads just haven’t stopped,” Miller-Stewart says.
The team – which averages more than 130 transaction sides per year and dominates the Mooresville, Indiana, market – was struggling to find enough quality leads prior to moving to RE/MAX. But after meeting RE/MAX Advanced Realty CEO and Broker/Owner Dennis Nottingham, Miller-Stewart knew that moving to RE/MAX would give her agents more opportunities.
“My team craved more leads,” she says. “Dennis is producing so many leads that his agents have to rally to keep up.”
Miller-Stewart recognized that the cutting-edge CRM system at RE/MAX Advanced Realty would deliver the leads her agents needed.
“RE/MAX leads are very solid,” Miller-Stewart says. “There aren’t a lot of companies with websites that lead-generate at that level.”
The lead generation system at RE/MAX and the power of the RE/MAX brand, definitely excited Miller-Stewart; however, her strong rapport with Nottingham solidified her decision to choose RE/MAX.
“I’ve had a great relationship with Dennis from day one,” Miller-Stewart says. “He’s a hands-on leader. He takes care of everyone. He’s always available and present, and he knows what he’s doing. I knew it would be a good fit almost immediately.”
The Team Members seem to agree – all 16 agents made the switch to RE/MAX. Miller-Stewart says that even though it’s about a 20-minute drive between the team’s office in Mooresville and the RE/MAX Advanced Realty office in Indianapolis, meetings are well-attended. And just like they had hoped, Miller-Stewart’s team now has more leads than they could have imagined.
For Nottingham, the team’s conversion also helped him achieve his goal of building market presence in Mooresville, a town that sits about 19 miles southwest of Indianapolis. But he says the former Keller Williams team’s strong market share was only one reason he wanted to work with the Stewart Home Group. Miller-Stewart’s stellar reputation played a big role in his decision to recruit the team.
“Stephanie is well-known and operates ethically,” Nottingham says. “We’re like-minded and working toward the same goal: to provide good service to our clients.”
He also plans to expand further with a new office north of Indianapolis. Miller-Stewart’s thrilled to be a part of it.
“It just keeps getting better,” Miller-Stewart says. “The RE/MAX system encourages a commitment to teamwork that Dennis and I share.”
