The Contact Dashboard
View important details of each of your contacts at a glance, including transactions they’re associated with, significant dates such as home anniversaries and birthdays, and previous phone calls and marketing mailings. Then add a follow-up task to your virtual To Do list within the platform.
Lead and Sphere Scoring
Lead and Sphere Scoring enables you to spend your time and marketing budget where it will be most effective. Each lead and contact inside of the CRM earns points every time they take an action – such as conducting a property search, engaging with your marketing emails and more! Not to mention, you also earn points based on how often you are interacting with your sphere! Both of these point systems help you identify your warmest leads and track which past clients are dropping out of your sphere of influence.
Here’s where you can log all touch points and conversations with clients. You can also add custom fields. For example – say you always make a point to find out a client’s favorite bottle of wine. Add “wine” as a custom field on the form. You can add up to 12 custom fields to help you keep track of the items that are most important to you. You can also send a referral in just a few clicks.
