1 Billion Impressions for RE/MAX Listings is Just the Beginning from Adwerx

Thanks to a partnership between RE/MAX and Adwerx, targeted, automated digital advertising has never been easier or more affordable (almost 50% off!) for the network.

RE/MAX and Adwerx launched a pilot program last August, to impressive results! The program offered RE/MAX affiliates the first week of each digital ad for free in select regions during a six-month period from August 2017-January 2018.

Here’s how the Adwerx partnership works: Each time an agent enters a new listing in the MLS, they receive an email with an automatically generated digital ad. With the click of a confirmation button, the ad is targeted to interested buyers within a 15-mile radius of the listing on popular sites such as Facebook, ESPN, and others. After one week, the agent receives a reminder email asking if they’d like to extend the campaign.

Here are the incredible results of the pilot:

  • More than 45,000 agents chose to use the automated ads
  • 250,000 listings were advertised
  • 1 billion brand impressions were created over all
