Miracle System: a Heartfelt (and Easy) Way to Connect

A small gesture makes a big impact on clients and a local CMN Hospital

“Mike is not just an awesome Realtor, he’s also an awesome human being!”

That’s an excerpt from a client testimonial sent to Mike Zingler, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX North Winds. The comment was in response to something Zingler and other Sales Associates at his Shawano-based Wisconsin brokerage do after each and every transaction: They make a donation in the clients’ name to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

“We get many phone calls and messages after closings,” Zingler says. “Clients are often surprised and always moved by the donation. It’s a terrific way for us to say thank you to the client while also making a difference.”

All the agents in Zingler’s two offices take part in the Miracle Home program, and they’ve been doing it for more than 20 years.

“It’s part of the service we provide,” he says.

Agents customize and send Honor Cards through the Miracle System donation portal for RE/MAX Associates. Shortly after, clients receive moving notes from their local CMN Hospitals affiliate notifying them of the donation.

Zingler acknowledges that supporting CMN Hospitals offers a marketing advantage and serves as a morale booster.

“It’s good PR for us, but it also makes agents feel good about the work they do every day,” Zingler says. “Plus, the donation leaves a very positive last impression on the client. And that’s always good for repeat business.”
