Keep these stats.
RE/MAX is obviously the right choice
Here we go again!
If Berkshire Hathaway didn’t disclose how many total sides they closed, how did the number of sides per agent get calculated? There was no data for Weichert which makes sense because you need that total number to calculate sides per agent. Regardless of that, awesome numbers as usual for us!
Hi Donald. The sides per agent figure is based on data from the 1,460 brokerages participating in the 2015 REAL Trends 500 report. That’s the basis for the sides-per-agent average of 7.6 shown here. Hope that helps.
How does the average and the below average agent survive on those sides?
Are they in markets where the average sale price is $1,000,000?
I would be losing money at that rate with an average of $200,000 per sale.
Can we get these stats for Canada, please?
Yes can we please have the stats for Canada? These are awesome and would love to use them in our listing presentations.
I’m proud to be part of this!
#WhyAxMoved makes even more sense. And I think more Realtors will be moving to RE/MAX
Amazing, why I joined RE/MAX and loving it!
Validation at its finest!
Is this chart available in poster format (pdf)?
You can find the pdf format on Mainstreet. Hopefully this link works for you, Christin.

There is no substitute for RE/MAX in the real estate industry! The Best of the Best!
Hi, how do we get the Canadian version of this?
Is there an updated sheet that shows the end of year numbers? The info is conflicting with latest “2015 by the numbers”..
Hi Dan. A new version of RE/MAX Vs. the Industry, with the 2015 stats reflected in By the Numbers, will be developed and released in April/May.
