The productivity of RE/MAX Commercial brokers has lifted the brand even higher in one of the industry’s most prestigious rankings.
RE/MAX Commercial jumped two spots to No. 15 on the Top Broker list published annually by National Real Estate Investor (NREI). With 2014 global sales and lease volume of nearly $9.78 billion, a growth of 12.1% over 2013, RE/MAX Commercial ranked above notable competitors such as Sperry Van Ness International and Coldwell Banker Commercial. The RE/MAX total volume was more than double that of Keller Williams Commercial.
This was the fifth consecutive year RE/MAX earned a spot on the NREI list.
The NREI achievement was announced last week, just as Commercial brokers from as far as Turkey wrapped up the 2015 World Commercial Symposium at RE/MAX World Headquarters in Denver, Colorado. During the event, top industry experts imparted their best business-building advice through interactive presentations covering everything from relationship brokerage to real estate decision-making.
